Both visitors and staff must undergo screening at the entrance to ensure the safety of the park’s animal residents.
Guests must adhere to the designated dress code during the time spent in the park.
A responsible adult must join minor guests throughout their time in the park.
Refrain from engaging in behaviors that cause trouble for the animals and facilities, such as feeding, teasing, or littering.
Avoid carrying any item that affects the well-being of animals, such as balloons, balls, flash photography, and toy guns. Guests are also not allowed to operate drones within the park premises.
The park does not permit wheeled sports items or vehicles like bicycles, roller skates, or skateboards.
There are dedicated spaces within the park for smoking.
Alcoholic drinks are absolutely not permissible inside the park.
Pets are not allowed considering the animal’s safety and welfare.
